This Privacy Policy explains what Intelli+ collects, why, and how it is used and protected. Intelli+ is a service of IntelliPlus LLC.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, business type, and the content of your message. When the Intelli+ system answers calls and texts for a client business, it records call and message content, contact details and booking outcomes on that client's account.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, provide the Intelli+ service, improve it, and send service updates. Marketing messages are only sent with consent, and every message includes an opt-out.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with providers that help us run the service (hosting, telephony, AI providers), under agreements that protect it.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept as long as the account is active or the law requires. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can also ask for a copy (export) of your data at any time. Customers may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.

Text messaging

When you give us your mobile number through a form on this site (our Call me now demo, the free missed-call audit, the calculator report, or booking a call) and check the consent box, we may send you text messages about your request: appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up about the service you asked for, and customer support. These messages may be sent with automated technology, including AI.

Your mobile number and your texting consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Website visitor identification

Our website, and the Intelli+ system our clients run, use visitor identification technology. It works like this: when an eligible visitor browses the site, the system may identify the business or household the visitor is associated with, so follow-up can be offered to people who are likely to become customers. This applies only to visitors who are eligible: they must have provided their contact information through one of our forms with the required consent (the consent checkbox, the texting opt-in, or a booking), or otherwise have a lawful basis for contact under applicable law. Identification is never used to contact anyone who has opted out, and identified data is handled under the same rules as the rest of this policy: never sold, shared only with service providers under protective agreements.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep this site working, understand how visitors use it (for example, Google Analytics), measure our advertising (for example, Meta Pixel), and identify eligible website visitors so we can offer follow-up.
