Service

Intelli+ provides AI receptionist, follow-up, booking, review and website services for local businesses, configured and managed by our team. The service begins after setup is approved by you.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices published on the Pricing page. Usage-based items (calls, texts, email volume) are subject to fair-use limits.

Included usage and extra charges

Each plan includes a set amount of usage every month. Included amounts reset on your billing date and do not roll over or carry a credit.

Essentials: 250 AI call minutes, 1,000 regular call minutes, 5,000 AI chat replies, 1,500 texts, 5,000 emails and 2 phone numbers.

Growth: 500 AI call minutes, 1,000 regular call minutes, 5,000 AI chat replies, 1,500 texts, 5,000 emails, 2 phone numbers and up to 25 identified website visitors.

Pick à la carte: AI Receptionist includes 200 AI call minutes, 300 regular call minutes, 300 texts and 1 phone number. AI Website Chat includes 2,000 AI chat replies and 100 texts. Missed-Call Text-Back + Follow-Up includes 100 regular call minutes, 500 texts and 1,000 emails. Review Requests and Online Booking + Reminders each include 300 texts and 500 emails.

Extra usage is billed to the card on file with your monthly invoice at these rates: AI call minute $0.15, regular call minute $0.03, text $0.02, email $0.01, AI chat reply $0.002, extra phone number $5 a month. Identified website visitors stop at your plan's limit.

We'll send you a usage summary mid-month so you can see how much of your plan you've used.

Your website if you cancel

Your domain name, customer list and phone number are always yours. If you cancel within your first 12 months and want to keep the website we built, you can buy it for a one-time fee of $497. After 12 months, it’s yours at no charge. We’ll send you the website files to host anywhere. Tools that run on our platform (AI receptionist, chat, booking, forms) don’t transfer. You can also keep the website live with us for $49 a month, without the AI and other tools.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use the phone numbers and accounts you connect, and that communications handled on your behalf comply with applicable laws, including consent requirements for calls and texts.

Availability and limits

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and pricing with notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelli+ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to amounts paid in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime from your account or by contacting us through the contact form on this site. Your service runs to the end of your current billing month, and you won’t be charged again. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months at a discount, and you can cancel before renewal so your plan does not renew.

Refunds

Monthly fees already charged are not refunded, except as stated in any written guarantee we offer.

Your customer list belongs to you. You can export it at any time, including after you cancel.

Text message terms

By giving your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from IntelliPlus LLC (“Intelli+”) about your request, appointments, account and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help; you can also contact us through the contact form on this site. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

AI disclosure

Intelli+ uses artificial intelligence to answer calls, texts and chats for our customers and for us. The AI says it’s an AI assistant when asked, and callers can ask to be transferred to a person. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service; the AI’s greeting tells callers that calls may be recorded. Our customers are responsible for getting any consent their customers need for calls and texts sent through Intelli+.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
